How do I pay?

We have several payment options, so you are free to choose an option that suits you best.

All payments on ellypistol.com are handled securely by Klarna and Payson, Dibs and Paypal. We accept most credit cards, Swish, bank transfers, invoice and pay at your own pace- invoice. The options that are possible for your country will be visible at check out.

Klarna (Swedish customers only)

We offer the payment method "Klarna Invoice" which means you pay after delivery.

Payment terms are 14 days and the payment option will incur an extra fee of 24 SEK.

You must be 18 years old, registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check carried out at the purchase to be able to purchase by invoice. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you provide at the time of your purchase. In the event of late payment we will send a payment reminder with a reminder charge. The reminder charge is currently 60 SEK. We also charge late payment interest of 24% from the due date.

If we don't receive any payment, we will forward the case to the statutory debt collection, and extra fees will be added to your invoice. Klarna reserves the right to cancel the delivery and reconsider the purchaser's credit rating.

Should you choose to return your products within 14 days, we will adjust your invoice accordingly after the return has been approved, and we will send you an updated invoice.

Please note: You can not change payment method once you placed the order. That means you cannot change to Swish if you already have chosen to pay with Klarna.

Is VAT included in your prices?

For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is already included in all prices. For customer outside the European Union (Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland), VAT/ sales taxes is NOT included in the prices and will not be charged by us. VAT/ sales taxes is instead charged by the customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence.

Is shipping included in your prices?

Shipping is not included in the prices displayed, but it will be added and presented in the checkout before you complete your purchase.

The shipping fee within Sweden is 49 SEK.

Shipping within the EU: €9, and shipping outside EU: 11USD.

For customers outside the European Union, shipping fees do not include import fees that may be charged by your country of residence when the package reaches your country of residence.

What currencies can I use?

We accept SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR, AUD, CHF, USD, CAD and GBP.

You can change to your preferred currency in the top corner.

Norwegian orders

A few notes regarding shipping and returns to and from Norway:

Norway is not a part of the European Union. Therefore, Norwegian customers are charged a few fees in addition to the amount charged by Elly Pistol. In addition to the order amount presented in the Elly Pistol checkout, Norwegian customers are charged both a customs fee, and VAT by the Norwegian government as well as a handling fee from the carrier for administrating the VAT payment on your behalf. All of these costs are the responsibility of the customer alone and are not payed for by Elly Pistol nor included in the price presented at the Elly Pistol checkout.

Also, be sure to always contact Elly Pistol since the return process is both a bit complicated and a bit costly. Elly Pistol will provide you with the neccessary documentation in order to minimize additional customs fees, taxes and administration fees. Any such fees which occur as a result of the customer not having contacted Elly Pistol prior to shipping a return, are the responsibility of the customer alone and will not be payed for by Elly Pistol.

US and Canadian orders

The United States and Canada are not a part of the European Union. Therefore, American and Canadian customers are charged a few fees in addition to the amount charged by Elly Pistol. In addition to the order amount presented at the Elly Pistol checkout, American and Canadian customers are charged a customs fee as well as sales taxes by respective country's cutoms agencies as well as a handling fee by the carrier for administrating the customs fees and sales taxes on your behalf. All of these costs are the responsibility of the customer alone and are not payed for by Elly Pistol nor included in the price presented at the Elly Pistol checkout.

I haven't gotten my invoice from Klarna?

There are two kinds of invoice options from Klarna.

If you haven't gotten your invoice a few days after your purchase, you most likely chose Klarna account and not Klarna Invoice when you placed your order.

1. Klarna Invoice means that you receive your invoice shortly after you received your package and it should be paid within 14 days.

2. Klarna Account means that you will receive your invoice at the end of the month, which can take up to 30days. When you receive the invoice you can either pay the whole amount at once, or choose to pay a little each month. If you do not want to wait for the invoice, you can contact Klarna and ask for the OCR number, but unfortunately you cannot change the payment method.
