WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR RETURN POLICY?
With us, you always have a 14-day open purchase. This means that we accept exchanges and repurchases of all our products within 14 days of receiving your delivery. All size changes are free return shipping, and if you want to make a clean return, you pay SEK 79 for the shipping cost. Contact us to get a return shipping note. Customers outside Sweden handle return shipping themselves.
Our only rules are the following:
- All Elly Pistol products must be returned in their original packaging, completely unused, they must not have been washed or used in any way. All hangtags and price tags must be intact, and you must return the goods in the same packaging as they arrived.
- The return cost is borne by the customer.
- If you just want to change the size or to another model, simply place a completely new order on it and we will send it out at once.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Returns are very easy. Just fill out our contact form, or email us at email@example.com. Do not forget to enter your order number. We will then email you a return shipping note and all the information you need to return within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
- NOTE! Do not send returns to us until we have emailed you. You can not postage the package yourself, but you must use the return shipping note that we email you.
- It is also VERY IMPORTANT that you send with the delivery note that came with your delivery. Without the delivery note, our warehouse cannot process your return.
- You must have submitted your package to the post office no later than 14 days from the day you received the delivery.
- If you have not received a response from us within 24 hours, check if our email may have ended up in your spam..
SHIPPING SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN?
We have a warehouse in southern Sweden that takes care of all our returns. As soon as you have filled in the return form above, we will email you the address and all the information you need.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO REPLACE SIZE?
No of course not. Changing the size costs you nothing. We are responsible for the return and we reimburse all double costs including any double shipping costs in case of exchange.
You place a completely new order on www.ellypistol.com for what you want to change to and pay just as usual. Then fill in our contact form, or email us your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we will email you a free return shipping note.
As soon as we receive your return, we will immediately refund EVERYTHING on the first order including shipping. Then you will in total only have paid for an order and a shipping, nothing more

I HAVE FILLED IN THE FORM BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER?
It can take up to 24 hours before we have time to answer you. If you have not received a response within 24 hours, check your spam. Sometimes our email ends up there instead of in your inbox.
WILL I RETURN THE SHIPPING COST?
We will refund the shipping cost you paid to us, but you will be charged for the return cost.
Extra fees that may be added due to invoice fee or customs and VAT if the package has been sent abroad will not be refunded.
For size changes, you do not pay for the return.
WHEN DO I GET BACK THE MONEY?
We will refund the money for your return as soon as possible, no later than 14 working days from the time we received the return.

We will reimburse the cost of the products themselves, but the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Elly Pistol is not responsible for products that may have gone astray during the return transport.

Of course we can fix it. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you. You can also log inMy pages, click on your order and print your Order Confirmation.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We try to be as fast as possible, but it can take up to 2 weeks before we have time to process your return.
This depends on what time of year it is and whether we currently have extra great interest in our products. Once we have processed your return, we will contact you via email. Please wait 2 weeks before contacting us.
