SHIPPING

Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 49 and is placed on your order at checkout. If you order for SEK 799 or more, shipping is always free. Size change or change of item is also always free at the first change.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time within Sweden is 2-3 days. During the months of November and December, longer delivery times may be required.

We send your order with PostNord or DHL and your package is delivered to your mailbox or to the nearest agent.

You will be notified by text message or email when your package is ready for collection.

During red days and the launch of new collections, delivery may take a little longer than usual.

For customers outside the EU: Any customs fees are paid by you as a customer.

Elly Pistol is an online brand and our store www.ellypistol.com is the only place in the whole world where you can buy genuine Elly Pistol clothing.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER/PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order means either that it is a completely new product on the way in, or that a specific product sold out very quickly and due to great interest from our customers, we have decided to manufacture a few extra.


If you place a pre-order, you reserve one of these and are thus guaranteed to get a copy before it sells out again. As soon as the item arrives in our warehouse, your order will be sent to you.

MY ORDER HAS NOT COME

If your order has not arrived even though several days have passed Do not worry! We will help you. Contact us, and give your order number to help@ellypistol.com..


The package is probably already waiting for you to pick it up, but sometimes PostNord / DHL fails to notify you as the recipient. Check if you have received an SMS, email or letter notification from PostNord or DHL.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you have not received an order confirmation from Elly Pistol, check your spam. Sometimes the email ends up there instead. If you still can not find anything, contact us at help@ellypistol.com and we will see what may be wrong.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We pack and send out all orders very quickly, so if you want to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. You can cancel your order as long as we have not had time to send it or your invoice, but if it is sent out, it will be treated as a return.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Packages that have not been collected mean that PostNord charges an extra cost of SEK 179, which you as a customer are responsible for. This cost plus return shipping back to Elly Pistol will be charged to you as a customer if you do not pick up your package.

CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We pack and send out all orders very quickly, so if you want to change address, you must contact us at help@ellypistol.com as soon as you can after placing the order. You can change the address of your order as long as we have not had time to send it.
